Each live subject, live class and e-learning class has its own price, shown on its page for each duration offered. If you choose several subjects, the total is the sum of the offers you chose: the cart shows it before any payment.

No. You pay once for the period you choose: 1 month, 2 months… or the school year, depending on the offer. Nothing is charged or renewed automatically: when the period ends, you decide whether to continue.

Until 31 August of the current school year, whatever day you start.

Choose a new period from your account. If your access is still open, it is added after the current period, so you lose no days. An email reminds you 7 days before it ends.

Bank card online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through the secure CMI platform in Morocco and through Stripe in other countries. You can also pay through a partner: in cash, by bank transfer or at a money transfer agency. The options available are shown at payment.

Right after a card payment. After a payment through a partner, as soon as the team has checked your receipt; until then, your account shows “Receipt being checked”.

If you paid through a partner, check that the receipt was sent from the Payments page of your account: the class appears as soon as it is approved. If you paid by card, or if nothing changes after approval, contact us with the payment reference.

It depends on the subject. Its page shows the schedule of upcoming sessions, with days and times, and the number of sessions per week when the rhythm is regular.

Live on Schoolaris, with a teacher: the student joins the session from their account and asks questions in real time. Recorded sessions stay available as replays.

The catalogue is organised by level and stream. Enter the student’s level to see the live subjects and classes that match it.

Yes: Live individuel, one-to-one sessions with a teacher, on the days and at the times that suit you.

Write to us with the level and subject you are interested in: depending on the class, the team can open a trial access for you.

That’s not needed. From the parent space, create their account without an email: they sign in with the username shown at creation and the password you choose.

One parent account is enough. Add each child from your space: you follow their subjects, progress, live sessions and your payments in one place.

Send your application and CV from the “Become a teacher” page. You receive an acknowledgement, then the teaching team gets back to you if your profile matches its needs.
