Before every confirmation, Schoolaris clearly shows the chosen programme, the amount, the access duration and the payment methods available in your country.
Payment methods
- In Morocco: card payment through the secure CMI platform.
- In other supported countries: card payment through Stripe.
- Payment via an approved partner, depending on the options available in your country.
Activating access
Access is activated automatically once an online payment is confirmed by CMI or Stripe. For a partner payment, it is activated once the payment or receipt has been received and validated.
Security
Schoolaris does not store your full card number. The data needed for the transaction is handled by CMI or Stripe and protected during the exchange.
Receipt and tracking
A reference is attached to every request. You can check the payment status in your space and send a receipt when one is requested.
Error or dispute
If an amount is incorrect, a payment is duplicated or access is not activated, contact us with your reference so the team can check the transaction quickly.
