Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms as well as the rules applicable to the service you have chosen.
Account and access
- You keep your credentials safe and report any suspicious access to us.
- Access is personal and may not be resold or shared outside the authorised household.
- An account may be suspended in the event of fraud, abuse or a breach of security.
Learning content
Videos, exercises, materials and resources are reserved for personal learning use. Copying, distributing or reselling them without permission is prohibited.
Payment and access
The price, duration and access conditions are shown before you confirm. Access is activated once the payment is confirmed, or once the receipt is validated for a manual payment.
Service availability
We do what is needed to keep the platform available and secure. Temporary interruptions may nonetheless be required for maintenance or in the event of an external incident.
